For families or individuals that need help with rental payments REACH offers the Rental Assistance Program.

• This program gives the very low income households the ability to maintain affordable rental housing during a time of financial need or challenge. 
• Funds may be used as rental assistance, security deposit or direct charges required in securing or maintaining a rental unit for the applicant.

REACH will provide rental assistance funds for families or individuals in the very low income category as identified in the most current annual income limits for West Palm Beach and Boca Raton metropolitan statistical areas.
