Founded in January 2006, our mission is to inspire and motivate the low to moderate income members of our community to reach for and take the steps necessary to, achieve and sustain the American Dream of home ownership through education, advocacy, counseling and grant assistance.
In March of 2007, R.E.A.C.H. was awarded the TRUINFO Award for Non Profit of the Year for assisting over 79 families access of 3.9 million dollars in grant assistance.

R.E.A.C.H. facilitates workshops in which local Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Professionals, Attorneys and other related professionals help the participants in the program to become educated and motivated to reach for and take the actions that will lead to and sustain home ownership.

The Foreclosure Counseling Program, in conjunction with governmental and private agencies, provides the information, resources and support required to place families on the path to avoiding foreclosure. Download application for Foreclosure Counseling here.
The Home Ownership Program, in conjunction with government and private agencies, provides information on the diverse aspects of real estate and the path to home ownership.
The Credit Mitigation Program was developed to assist individuals and families in the process' to establish maintain and mitigate credit. Client's are offered assistance with budgeting, savings and negative credit issues. When appropriate, A Second Chance Grant is available to pay off a past due account or balance. Grants are subject to pre-qualification and funding availability.
The Home Buyer Education Program offers classes utilizing a Neighborworks curriculum and approved by the Palm Beach County Commission on Affordable Housing Grant requirements. Post Closing classes in Home Maintenance are also conducted and a format now approved and required by the City Of West Palm Beach. These classes are provided in the native language of the buyer whenever possible.

Real Estate, Education And Community Housing is a Florida non-profit corporation founded in January 2006 to serve as a springboard to county and state Housing Education & First Time Home Buyer programs.
Developed specifically to assist the residents of very low and low income communities this organization challenges those who have only dreamed of home ownership to take the necessary steps that make that dream of owning their own home a reality through education and counseling.
Since it's inception REACH has assisted 79 families in Palm Beach County by obtaining 3.9 million dollars in State Housing Initiative Partnership funds. Of this number 1.6 million dollars assisted families within the Latin community purchasing their first home in the U.S.
