Founded by Pat Tracey in 2002, The Guardian Financial Network has the distinction of being the largest independently owned lending company in the state as well as the most diverse.
While the affordable housing crisis affecting Palm Beach County is now receiving newsworthy attention, the professionals at GFN have been actively and passionately committed to making the dream of home ownership and financial prosperity a reality - for everyone. It is this "Robin Hood" approach that lead to the creation of R.E.A.C.H. the Real Estate Education And Community Housing program in January of 2006.

R.E.A.C.H. the Real Estate, Education And Community Housing is a Florida nonprofit corporation founded in January 2006 to serve as a springboard to county and statewide housing education and first time home buying programs. This organization challenges those who have only dreamed of home ownership to take the necessary steps that make that dream of owning their own home a reality through education and counseling.

by the Palm Beach Hispanic Chamber of Commerce at the 11th Annual Triunfo Awards and Installation of Board Gala Event to be held on Friday March 7, 2008 at the Kravis Center Cohen Pavillion in West Palm Beach.
Founded in 2006, by Pat Tracey, President of Guardian Financial Network, the Real Estate, Education And Community Housing organization was created to act as a springboard to County and Statewide housing education and first time home buyer campaigns. Directed toward very low, low and moderate income families the programs are designed to challenge those, who have only dreamed of home ownership, to take the steps necessary to make that dream a reality through Education, Counseling and Financial Assistance.
Since it's inception R.E.A.C.H. has assisted 79 families achieve the dream of home ownership by accessing 3.9 million dollars in grant assistance.
