Born in Oklahoma, Jon Williams attended Oklahoma State University achieving a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Sociology before relocating to Florida.  Jon joined forces with the Guardian Financial Network in in 2004 bringing with him over 25 years of lending industry experience.  A respected professional, Jon was appointed Director of R.E.A.C.H. the Real Estate, Education, And Community Housing program in January 2006.  Actively and passionately committed to addressing the local affordable housing crisis,  Jon works as an educator and liaison with county and state wide grant programs guiding borrowers toward home ownership and financial prosperity.

R.E.A.C.H. the Real Estate, Education & Community Housing is a Florida nonprofit corporation founded in January 2006 to serve as a springboard to county and statewide housing education and first time home buyer programs.  This organization challenges those who have only dreamed of home ownership to take the necessary steps that make that dream of owning their own home a reality through education and counseling.
