Pat Tracey has served in leading financial institutions for over 30 years progressing from Loan Officer to President eventually founding Guardian Financial Network. Under her guidance and direction, Guardian Financial Network quickly grew into South Florida's largest independently owned mortgage company.
The most valuable benefit brings to her clients is not only her vast knowledge of lending and finance practices but her concern for both the client and the community. It is this concern and acknowledgement of how her industry affects not only individuals but communities that led to the creation and development of Real Estate, Education And Community Housing, Inc. a 0o1c3 Non Profit Organization dedicated to the prevention of homelessness and empowerment of the homeowner through education,counseling and advocacy.
During her mortgage career Pat has closed over 6,000 loans and well over a 1 billion in mortgage business. Her fall out ratio is less than 3% and this is normally due to something beyond lender control. Pat is an expert in FHA/VA, Construction, Conventional and Government subsidized lending. Pat is a graduate of Barry University, Miami, FL.
She is also an approved Direct Endorsement Underwriter for FHA.
