Outstanding Nonprofit of the Year
by the Palm Beach Hispanic Chamber of Commerce at the 11th Annual Triunfo Awards and Installation of Board Gala Event to be held on Friday March 7, 2008 at the Kravis Center Cohen Pavillion in West Palm Beach.
Founded in 2006, by Pat Tracey, President of Guardian Financial Network, the Real Estate, Education And Community Housing organization was created to act as a springboard to County and Statewide housing education and first time home buyer campaigns. Directed toward very low, low and moderate income families the programs are designed to challenge those, who have only dreamed of home ownership, to take the steps necessary to make that dream a reality through Education, Counseling and Financial Assistance.
Since it's inception R.E.A.C.H. has assisted 79 families achieve the dream of home ownership by accessing 3.9 million dollars in grant assistance.

On October 20th, we celebrated our communities Hispanic Heritage by participating in the 2nd Annual Hispanic Fest.
This was a joint event held by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County along with the Greater Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce. The event took place at Bryant Park in Lake Worth and it is the largest Hispanic Celebration in Palm Beach County.
